Armenians picket outside Azerbaijani Consulate in Los Angeles commemorating Khojaly â€“ <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION </font>

Los Angeles. Zaur Hasanov â€“ APA. Event on the 17th anniversary of Khojaly Genocide was held in Azerbaijanâ€™s Consulate General in Los Angeles with participation of Azerbaijani and Turkish communities, APAâ€™s US bureau reports. Making a keynote speech at the event consul of the Consulate General E. Abdullayev underlined that Khojaly tragedy was one of the hardest pages in the history of Azerbaijani people. President of Azerbaijani-American Council Javid Huseynov briefed about the first event held at the University of Berkeley within the framework of one-week â€œJustice for Khojalyâ€ on February 21 and said the event was in the focus of attention of the Armenian community. MP Havva Mammadova presented her book â€œKhojaly Genocideâ€ and shared grievous memories of our compatriots about Khojaly genocide. Havva Mammadova also answered the participantsâ€™ questions.
