Working Groups of Azerbaijan-Georgia Interparliamentary Friendship Group holds meeting

Baku. Victoria Dementieva â€“APA. Working Groups of Azerbaijan-Georgia Interparliamentary Friendship Group held a meeting, Ganira Pashayeva, Chairwoman of the Group from Azerbaijani side said, APA reports.
To her, relations with Georgia are one of the priorities of Azerbaijan and such kind of meetings strengthens the relations. She noted that bilateral economic relations developed at high level and stressed an importance of expanding interparliamentary relations. Pahayeva mentioning violation of territorial integrity of two countries said that the factor joined Azerbaijan and Georgia. She underlined that Azerbaijan supported Georgiaâ€™s territorial integrity and defended position of official Tbilisi in various international organizations and would continue it. Georgian Deputy Speaker Fridon Todua, Chairman of the Group from Georgian side expressed gratitude for invitation and stressed that the meeting would serve for further development of the relations between the two countries.
