He noted that unilateral declaration of Kosovo’s independence was serious experience and caused dangerous precedent out of main principles of Helsinki Final act.
“Therefore current agendas cover territorial integrity of states and inviolability of borders. Kosovo problem can be solved legally. Correct and systematic principles should be made on the settlement of conflicts, OSCE member countries should implement them and the principles should be used in all conflicts occurred in OSCE regionâ€, he said.
