Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan Arthur Lenk visits Ganja and Goranboy regions

Ambassador Lenk has been invited by MP Gultakin Hajiyeva to visit Goranboy to learn more about the region. He is scheduled to visit the frontier village Tapgaragoyunlu and its Martyrâ€™s Memorial. Arthur Lenk will meet with Elshan Abasov, the Head of Executive Authority, local residents and businessmen to learn about the conditions in the region as well as to look for the opportunities for cooperation in various fields. The sides will discuss potential ties in agriculture, infrastructure and capacity building.
In the second day of the visit, Ambassador Lenk will visit Ganja, where he will meet with Eldar Azizov, the Head of Executive Power. During the meeting, the sides will discuss the opportunities for cooperation in many fields including agriculture. Arthur Lenk will also meet the members of the Jewish community of Ganja to celebrate the Jewish festival of Passover. He will also meet with NGOâ€™s working in the city.
