Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theater to be closed for overhaul in May

Director of the theater Magbet Bunyatov told APA that the theater staff would have a temporary place. Specialists from Austria, Germany, France and other countries will be involved in the overhaul of the theater. All technical equipment, light and stage decoration, seats and make-up rooms will be renewed.
â€œAcademic National Drama Theater was established nearly 50 years ago. The theaterâ€™s building has not been overhauled within this period. Our theater needs complete overhaul,â€ he said.
Bunyatov underlined that there was much to be done in the theater and the overhaul would last long.
