Denis Bribosia said all European countries were facing with such problems. â€œIt is a global problem. Violence is happening not only in the prison, but at home as wellâ€. To him, the campaign was started in November, 2006 and carried out in all member countries of the Council of Europe. He said the campaign was provided in three directions â€“ local, governmental and parliamentary levels. The countries will submit their reports in Vienna later in April. â€œI believe it will not be difficult for Azerbaijan to submit the reportâ€.
