Embassy of Belgium in Azerbaijan will be commissioned by early 2008, newly-appointed ambassador of Belgium to Azerbaijan Frank Heerkens told the APA.
The diplomat stated that though his office is located in “ISR Plazaâ€, the residence and officials are being searched for the Embassy.
The Embassy is supposed to grant visas from the first half of the next year.
Mr. Heerkens said that he intends to develop Azerbaijan-Belgium relations, to organize mutual visits. The ambassador presented his credentials on October 8. /APA/
