Drama theaters to open season on September 14, musical theaters on September 18

The 135th theater holiday will be held in front of Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theater â€“ Fuzuli square on September 14. Head advisor of Culture and Tourism Ministry art department theater sector Vafa Novruzova told APA that solemn opening ceremony of drama theaters will be held that day. She said the event will be a tradition and repeated every year. Script writer of the carnival is Azer Mirzayev and producer is Bahram Osmanov. Vafa Novruzova said that the opening ceremony will start at 18.00, actors and producers will participate in the ceremony. Actors will wear special carnival clothes.
Musical theaters will open the season on September 18 â€“ Uzeyir Music Day. All Azerbaijani theaters will close the season on July 1 every year. /APA/
