Cultural institutions reconstructed by presidential order

The reconstruction of several cultural places by the order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is about to finish and it continues in some of them, APA reports.
Reconstruction of Azerbaijani Literature Museum named after Nizami Ganjavi has finished. The director of the Museum Rafael Huseynov said that the troupe will start its activity in September and new exposition will be established.
Reconstruction of Azerbaijan State Puppet Theatre named after Abdulla Shaig will be over in October. The director of the theatre Rahman Guliyev said that 805 of the works have already been carried out.
â€œRoof and stage of the theatre is already ready. The theatre has been supplied with technical equipments meeting modern standards,â€ he said.
Guliyev said that the theatre will start its activity in October.
Azerbaijan state History Museum will be ready in September. The repairs in the museum are about to finish.
Reconstruction of Heydar Aliyev palace, Azerbaijan State Theatre of Young Spectators, Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theatre is expected to finish in September, 2008.
Reconstruction of Artistsâ€™ Union and Central Exhibition hall named after Vajiha Samadova will start in late August. Tender was announced among construction companies for repairing the above-said at present. Secretary of the Union Anvar Garayev said reconstruction will last 4 months.
The project to be implemented in the thorough repair of â€œNizamiâ€ cinema is already ready. Russian specialists have prepared this project. The reconstruction will start at the end of 2007. Nearly 5 cinema halls, Press Center, restaurant and cafÃ© will function in the cinema after reconstruction. The cinema will be ready in 2009.
Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theatre will also be reconstructed. Technical equipments will be brought from Germany and Austria. The project of the theatre is being prepared in one of the foreign countries. /APA/
