The notions of tolerance and internationalism were always specific to Baku. Though people leave Azerbaijan, they always remind their homeland and live with their traditions. The establishment of the International Azerbaijan-Israel Association in Israel proves it, Russian Drama Theater’s chief, people’s artist Alexander Sharovski visiting the country told the APA Israeli bureau.
Sharovski said that masters of art and national tune have performed the concert program in Haifa within the visit.
“More than 1000 audiences living in Azerbaijan once attended the concert and they warmly meet us and applauded. We felt that the people were missing Azerbaijani culture and musicâ€, he said.
Sharovski said that the establishment of International Azerbaijan-Israel Association will impact on the establishment of real mutual understanding and friendship relations between the two countries. /APA/
