New Lithuanian ambassador holds an official reception for starting diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan

Baku. Anakhanum Hidayatova - APA. The new Lithuanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Arturas Zhurauskas organized an official reception on the occasion of beginning his diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan, APA reports. In the reception Ambassador formally introduced himself to public figures, diplomats accredited in the country, as well as to the local Mass Media.
The Ambassador expressing his gratitude noted that he feels comfortable enough in Azerbaijan: " Though Azerbaijan and Lithuania are far geographically, but enough close mentally." The Ambassador spoke about good relations between the two countries in all fields, and expressed his hope for further deepening of bilateral cooperation.
