Baku. Anakhanum Hidayatova – APA. “Nagorno Karabakh problem is one of the frozen conflicts. The U.N., the European Union, different world countries and other international organizations have already commented on this issue and stated that the territorial integrity of any state should be respectedâ€, said the former Latvian President Vaira VÄ«Ä·e-Freiberga, APA reports. She stressed the fact that at present, we observe disrespect and indifference for the principles of international law: “However, hope springs eternal and we consider that military solution to the conflict would be an incorrect step. Talks should be continued through diplomatic channels,†she said.
