Armenia has always attempted to disrupt the activity of the PACE’s Subcommittee on Nagorno Karabakh,†Turkish parliamentarian, member of Turkey’s delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), former president of PACE Mevlut Cavusoglu said, APA reports.
“If PACE is an organization protecting the human rights and democracy, who will protect more than one million Azerbaijanis, who have become refugees as a result of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, people who have undergone Khojaly genocide?†Cavusoglu said.
