Azerbaijani President receives delegation of French Senate

Baku – APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the delegation led by Chairman of French Senate Energy Studies Group Ladislas Poniatowski. The delegation includes senators Delfin Batai, Christophe-Andre Frassa and Jean-Claude Lenoir.
The Head of State expressed confidence with French Senate Energy Studies Group representatives’ visit to Azerbaijan to broaden the relations between Azerbaijan and France. Reminding about his recent visit to France, President Ilham Aliyev said that his meetings with President Francois Hollande and the other French officials confirmed the strategic character of the Azerbaijan-France relations.
Ladislas Poniatowski underlined that delegates representing French Senate Energy Studies Group are interested in further extension of relations between Azerbaijan and France in all spheres, particularly in energy sector.
