Baku. Victoria Dementieva – APA. The USA intends to start negotiations with Azerbaijan over the signing of open sky agreement. US ambassador to Azerbaijan Richard Morningstar told journalists, APA reports. Ambassador said that the talks have not been scheduled yet. But he noted that the process may take approximately 1-2 years: “I’d like to say that we are ready to organize flights from Azerbaijan to US and vice verseâ€.
