The Muslim community in Azerbaijan gave no negative reaction towards the issue on a French magazine, only a small group took part in the action.”

Pascal Monye said that The “Charlie Hebdo” is being published in accordance with the French legislation, which ensures freedom of speech: “France is interested in peaceful living of Muslims and the other religious people. The French government tries to protect freedom of speech first of all, which stands on the basis of European values.
