â€œTurkish Week Activities in Azerbaijanâ€ starts

Baku â€“ APA. â€œTurkish Week Activities in Azerbaijanâ€ have started. The Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan told APA that the delegation of representatives of Azerbaijani and Turkish brain centers, MPs, teachers of universities and media representatives will visit Ganja, Lankaran and Aghdam cities within the events.

The delegation represented by Farhad Mammadov, the director of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan, Vusala Mahirgizi, the director of APA Information Agency, Hatam Jabbarli, the Information and Analysis Department Deputy Chief at the Azerbaijani Parliamentary Apparatus, MP Fazil Mustafa, Javid Valiyev, the leading research fellow of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan, Bulent Araz, the director of the Center for Strategic Studies of the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Cihat Goktepe, the rector of the Antalya International University, Nevra Esenturk, the head of Diplomatic Academy of Yalova University, Serkan Razi, the representative of the Center for Strategic Studies of the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Kenan Aslanli, the chief of department of the Azerbaijani-Turkish Businessmen Union, AKP MP from Ankara Tulay Salamoglu and other officials will meet with Elman Mammadov, the rector of Ganja State University, in Ganja, Professor Asaf Isgandarov, the rector of Lankaran State University, in Lankaran and the representatives of the university.

The themes â€œFrom the history up to now: Turkey-Azerbaijan relationsâ€ and â€œAzerbaijan -Turkey relations in regional contextsâ€ will be discussed during the meetings.

The Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan held â€œAzerbaijani weekâ€ in 5 cities of Turkey in October, 2011.
