Baku – APA. On September 24, Azerbaijani delegation led by Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay visit to New York to take part in the 67th session of the UN General Assembly.
Press service of the Ministry told APA that within the framework of the visit to last until September 28, Mammadyarov is expected to partake in the annual meeting of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, as well as in the meeting of foreign ministers of the GUAM member states. Minister Mammadyarov is planned to deliver speech at the UN General Assembly on September 28.
Mammadyarov is considered to hold several bilateral meetings.
Note that, yesterday, Deputy FM Araz Azimov told journalists that Elmar Mammadyarov will meet with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in New York: ‘Meeting with Armenian FM may also take place, but the issue has not solved, yet’.
