Baku. Parvin Abbasov – APA. Turkish citizen, Lieutenant-Colonel Berdi Ustuner, who was awarded with the scholarship, sent a letter to the President of Azerbaijan. APA reports that the letter is about Ramil Safarov’s extradition and pardoning

“If I were you, I would also act like this. Thumbs up! God bless you! Such a work would be done through that way only…The monument of the brave Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov must be erected in all military units. This will be a good example for every soldier. I kiss your eyes. I would kiss your hands if I’m not older than you”
This is nationalism, patriotism and frankness…such problems are never solved by means of words. We must always struggle against the enemies of Turkish people. My grandfather was a soldier too and always fought with them… That’s why I support you and kiss your eyes with a great respect. May Allah help you and make you successful…”.
