NATO Secretary General: “NATO has no intention to interfere in Syriaâ€

Baku. Victoria Dementieva – APA. NATO has no intention attack Syria, said Secretary General of NATO Anders fog Rasmussen at the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy, while responding the questions of a student, APA reports.
He said, the analogy between Syria and Libya is not acceptable: “the situation in Libya and Syria are different. When it comes to Libya, we have a clear UN mandate and support of the regional countries to protect the people in Libya. The situation in Syria is different. The best way to solve the problem of Syria is political settlement. Turkey is our partner and if turkey needs, we are ready to defend.â€
