Baku hosts meeting of CIS Interior Ministers’ Council - PHOTOSESSION

APA reports that Nikolai Ovchinnikov, the director of the Fight against Organized Crime and Other Dangerous Types of Crime on the Territory of CIS Participant-States (BKBOP) said that Azerbaijan will chair the CIS Council of Interior Ministers.
During his speech at the meeting the Azerbaijani Minister of Internal Affairs Ramil Usubov said that the cooperation has been developed thanks to the CIS Council of Interior Ministers.
Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizadeh said that the main priorities of joint adequate reaction to the modern threats and challenges is strengthening public security, joint fight against crime and improvement of the interstate cooperation.
as a result of joint efforts Hundreds of criminal groups were exposed, crimes were revealed and thousands of internationally wanted people were detained during the operations. The CIS Council of Interior Ministers gives impulse to many initiatives and takes measures to ensure control over criminal situation.
