Mohammad Baghir Bahrami: We want Karabakh conflict to be solved within the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan

Iran has normal relations with all its neighbors,â€ Iranian ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohammad Baghir Bahrami said while commenting on the views that by establishing close economic relations with Armenia, Iran does not help the solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict, APA reports.
The ambassador said they want Nagorno Karabakh conflict to be solved fairly, within the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
â€œIran condemns any kind of aggressive policy,â€ he said.

The diplomat underlined the necessity of the mediation of the regional countries in the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
â€œUnfortunately, the mediation of the non-regional countries within the framework of OSCE Minsk Group has not produced results for 16-17 years. The countries of the region can do it together themselves. Iran has given a proposal and we hope that this proposal will be accepted. I want to express my gratitude to Azerbaijani government for giving consent,â€ he said.
