Vugar Khalilov’s brother Azer Khalilov told APA that the lawyer wanted international consultation of doctors to be held and urgent measures to be taken for his client’s treatment.
Ivanov said Vugar Khalilov was arrested on the charges of money laundering on April 12.
“The state of his health deteriorated as he did not receive medical aid in time, he suffers serious diseases. Vugar Khalilov was hospitalized only after the state of his health deteriorated,†he said.
Azer Khalilov appealed to a foreign auditing company and asked independent and objective inspection of the Flexi Communications.
