Goran Lenmarker: “The Nagorno Karabakh conflict is not frozenâ€

According to APA, the Special Representative said there was a progress in the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. He spoke about the meeting of the presidents of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia in St Petersburg and about the incident in the line of contact between the troops. Lenmarker said if there were losses in the line of contact, the Nagorno Karabakh conflict couldn’t be considered as “frozenâ€.
