President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev receives outgoing Polish ambassador Krzysztof Krajewski

Baku â€“ APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Polish ambassador Krzysztof Krajewski, who is ending his diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan, press service of the President told APA. The head of state emphasized the rapid development of Azerbaijani-Polish relations during his diplomatic activity and underlined the special role of the late president of Poland Lech Kaszynski in the development of the relations. President Aliyev said the dynamic and positive development of the bilateral relations was a result of the great attention by the heads of states. President Aliyev highly appreciated the ambassadorsâ€™ role in the development of the relations. He said Krzysztof Krajewski has done a great work for the extension of relations taking an active part in many processes in the country. President Aliyev wished him a success in his future activity and added that he signed an order to reward the Polish ambassador with a Friendship Medal for his special contribution to the strengthening of cooperation and relations between Azerbaijan and Poland. President Aliyev conferred a medal on the ambassador. Krajewski said he was happy to be rewarded with a Friendship Medal and said it was important for him and his country that his activity was highly appreciated by the President of Azerbaijan. The diplomat expressed satisfaction with the high-level development of the relations between the countries and thanked the President for his great support to the embassyâ€™s activity.
