Baku. Lachin Sultanova – APA. The meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will be held in Paris on December 17. APA reports that the co-rapporteurs on Azerbaijan Andres Herkel and Joseph Debono Grech will report about the development of democracy.
Andres Herkel, who is attending the meetings of PACE Bureau, political affairs committee and monitoring committee, told APA that he hopes he will meet the new co-rapporteur Grech at the meeting and exchange views on the joint activity.
“I hope we will visit Azerbaijan after the winter session,†he said.
