Paris hosts conference on migration and violence against women in Europe

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), European Interparliamentary Union and International Organization for Migration organized a conference entitled “Migration and Violence against Women in Europe†in Paris on Friday. Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Gultekin Hajibeyli told APA that representatives of the PACE member countries participated at the conference. They discussed prevention of violence against women. “They concluded that the best way for prevention of violence against women is good education of young generationâ€. Hajibeyli said she addressed the conference and informed the participants about the situation in this field in Azerbaijan.
