According to him, if the positive dynamics achieved in the process of negotiations this year is preserved next year, it will be possible to reach a final agreement on the basic principles of the settlement and prepare a peace agreement basing on it. Foreign Ministry official said OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs will present the updated variant of the Madrid principles to Azerbaijan and Armenia soon.
Nesterenko said Azerbaijan is satisfied with the activity of the Minsk Group.
“Russia has no information about Azerbaijan’s dissatisfaction with the activity of OSCE Minsk Group,†he said.
