Russian FM: We will support the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh problem and peopleâ€™s diplomacy in future too

Russian foreign ministry issued a statement on the visit of Azerbaijani and Armenian delegations, including Azerbaijani and Armenian ambassadors to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu and Armen Smbatyan, special representative of the Russian president for international cooperation, ambassador at large Mikhail Shvidkoy to Yerevan, Baku and Khankendi on July 3, 2009. APA quotes the Russian foreign ministryâ€™s website as saying that it was development of the 2007 meetings. â€œThe exchange of views showed that the public community and civil society institutions have to contribute to the restoration and strengthening of mutual trust between the parties and creating the atmosphere for peaceful solution to the conflict. It is important that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan received the delegations and supported their efforts. Russia positively appreciated the meetings. We will support the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict and peopleâ€™s diplomacy actions in future tooâ€.
