The co-chairs said they had very constructive meetings and hoped for a progress in the upcoming meeting of the presidents in Moscow, APA reports. They added that no any document is scheduled to be signed in Moscow. US co-chair Matthew Bryza said the negotiation process is in the new and more serious phase, which encourages them. Russian co-chair Bernard Fassier didn’t rule out that Nagorno Karabakh representatives could join some points of the negotiations directly concerned the Nagorno Karabakh. But the co-chairs said it would be possible in a long prospect and it was too early to talk about that.

The issue of withdrawal of snipers from the line of contact between the troops was also mentioned at the press conference. The co-chairs said the Armenian side expressed readiness for that, but they didn’t discuss this issue with the Azerbaijani leader.
