Baku – APA. “Everybody knows that ninth President of the Republic of Turkey Suleyman Demirel was a close friend to late National Leader Heydar Aliyev. He gave great importance to Azerbaijan during his presidency and made significant contributions to the development of relations between the two fraternal countries. Everybody knows that his loyalty and special love to Azerbaijanâ€, press service of the Turkish embassy in Azerbaijan told APA.
The embassy said in his message several days ago, Demirel warned the Turkish citizens working in Azerbaijan and not observing the laws and rules and existent practice.
The newspapers reported that Demirel warned businessmen to be careful while working abroad and said “particularly pay attention to Azerbaijan†at the conference organized by Dunya (The World) newspaper and Turkish Construction Industrialists Trade Union.
