AMIP condemns ethnic cleansing against Uighurs in China

Baku â€“ APA. Azerbaijan National Independence Party (AMIP) issued a statement condemning the massacres against Uighurs in China. Bloody events in China is in the focus of worldâ€™s attention and international community is anxiously watching these processes, said the statement, AMIP press service told APA. â€œAzerbaijan also concerns over the massacres in China and AMIP expresses serious protest against the mass killing of Uighurs and considers that the government of China had to understand the responsibility for the confrontation and to prevent it in time. Unfortunately the government of China didnâ€™t prevent the massacres and in contrary, tried to throttle fair voice of whole nation, using violence and force. It confirms once again that there is disrespect to the democracy and totalitarian regime in China.

AMIP resolutely condemns the ethnic cleansing policy against the Uighurs and calls on the government of China to observe the norms of international law and to end the violenceâ€.
