He noted that they were ready for discussion of the issue regarding Nagorno Karabakh’s status: “Nagorno Karabakh’s status must be determined only within the framework of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity. Azerbaijani refugees must return to their homelands and the occupied regions must be liberated. Of course, we should discuss the Nagorno Karabakh’s status, liberation of territories under the occupation and the peoples’ return to those lands, creation of normal conditions for them, restoration of communications and etc. But there are many questions such as when will it take place? What kind of status will it be? and etc.â€.
According to Mammadyarov, foreign ministers are not expected to have a meeting before the Moscow meeting.
