Novruz Mammadov: â€œAzerbaijan is going to the presidentsâ€™ meeting in Moscow with its previous unchangeable positionâ€

He said the conflict must be resolved peacefully and within the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. â€œThe issue of giving the autonomous status to Nagorno Karabakh within Azerbaijan could be discussed. It was an Azerbaijanâ€™s unchangeable position over all periods and it will never be changedâ€.

Speaking about the visit of intellectuals to Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia, Novruz Mammadov said it should take place if we want to co-exist with Armenians for long centuries. â€œIt is impossible for neighbors to live at enmity. This conflict must be resolved once. There were such periods in the history. I think it is not bad to visit Nagorno Karabakh, to see the processes there, to learn their thoughts, to use it in the future processes, at the same time to know what happens in Nagorno Karabakh, in Shusha and nearby regions. It is necessary. It could be useful for the processesâ€.

Mammadov said it needed to make such steps during the positive negotiations and these actions could be developed.
