Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. Permanent Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-Speaking Countries (TURKPA) will be located in Baku. APA reports that Head of the Parliament’s Office Safa Mirzayev informed about it at the press conference. According to him, 4 TURKPA countries – Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan advanced forward this proposal: “This proposal has highly been assessed by Head of State Ilham Aliyev. The organization’s Permanent Secretariat will be in Bakuâ€.
According to Safa Mirzayev, TURKPA will hold its first session in September of this year and adopt the Regulations of the organization.
