Elmar Mammadyarov receives State Secretary for Strategic Affairs in Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Azerbaijanâ€™s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received Bogdan Aurescu, State Secretary for Strategic Affairs in the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, press service of Foreign Ministry told APA. State Secretary said Romania and Azerbaijan had high-level relations, Romania was ready to share its experience with Azerbaijan in the field of integration into Europe and Euro Atlantic space and underlined the importance of continuing intensive contacts between the Foreign Ministries. Elmar Mammadyarov expressed his satisfaction with the level of the current relations and said the bilateral cooperation had broad potential. Speaking about the ongoing processes in the region Foreign Minister gave information about the negotiations on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh and expressed Azerbaijanâ€™s position. Bogdan Aurescu underlined that Romania always supported Azerbaijanâ€™s territorial integrity and sovereignty and expressed his confidence tat the conflict would be solved soon. The sides exchanged views on bilateral, regional and global issues.
