Governor of New Mexico Bill Richardson sent a letter of condolence to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the tragic incident occurred in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, APA’s US bureau reports. Bill Richardson expresses his grief over the tragedy and offers condolences to Azerbaijani President on behalf of the residents of the state.
In his letter, Beverly Hills Vice-Mayor Jimmy Delshad said the tragedy in the Oil Academy affected not only Azerbaijan, but also the people all over the world.
“This tragedy reminds us of the dangers we face everyday. I offer my condolences to You, the families of the victims and wounded people,†he said.
