4,580 contracts signed on compulsory insurance of civil liability related to exploitation of real estate in 2015

Baku. Musa Ahmadov – APA-Economics. In 2015, 4,580 contracts were signed on compulsory insurance of civil liability related to exploitation of real estate, up 6.9% in annual comparison.

According to Compulsory Insurance Bureau, premiums from these contracts amounted to AZN 330,240, down 1.3% by contrast to 2014.

3,555 of contracts were related to real estates of legal entities, 1,025 to real estates of individuals intending to engage in entrepreneurship without establishing legal entity.
