Xalg Bank gets 43% decline in profit

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Xalg Bank’s incomes made AZN 68.870 mln in 2012, up 8.0% from 2011. Bank says the expenditures rose 42.6% to AZN 54.220 mln.

At the same time, bank’s profit made AZN 14.650 mln, down 43.1% or AZN 25.758 mln from 2011.

Note that interest incomes stood at AZN 60.916, non-interest incomes – at AZN 7.954 mln, interest expenditure – at AZN 26.284 mln, non-interest expenditures – at AZN 27.392 mln. Bank’s interest profit soared 3.6%, non-interest loss – 2.7 times.
