Per capita personal income in Azerbaijan increases by 12%

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. In January-October, 2012, the per head income of Azerbaijani population made AZN 2,959.4 or monthly AZN 295.9 by rising 12.2%. Total volume of household income rose 13.7% to AZN 27.1 bln.

According to State Statistical Committee, growth rate of per head income exceeded the consumption price rise by 10.9 percentage points.

“63.4% of incomes were spent to consumer needs, 8.4% - the payment of taxes and contributions for social insurance, 1.7% - to payments of interest on credit and 26.5% - to charge”, told the committee.

The income in the disposal of population made AZN 24.8 bln, up 14% from a year earlier.
