The sides discussed the development of the existing relations between Azerbaijan and BSTDB. The meeting also focused on preparation for the XV annual meeting of the Board of Directors of Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, to be held in June, 2013, in Baku.

Black Sea Trade and Development Bank was founded in 1996 and started to operate on 1 June 1999. Head Office of the Bank, which includes Albania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Greece and Ukraine, is situated in Thessaloniki, Greece.
