APA-Economics says Azerbaijan has 49.8 points from 100 points and is among the first three countries in CIS. Russia ranked 39th with 66.9 points and Kazakhstan – 57th with 55 points.

Note that in 2012, Azerbaijan, Russia and Kazakhstan ranked 45th, 69th and 72nd.
