Over $10 billion in agreements were signed at the Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said at the “INMerge” Innovation Summit held in Baku today, APA-Economics reports.
The Minister noted that Azerbaijan’s strategic location and modern infrastructure projects have turned the country into a hub for goods, people, and ideas, strengthening its position as a reliable partner in the international arena.
He emphasized that the large-scale investment agreements signed will provide a strong boost to the country’s innovation ecosystem.
Jabbarov also added that Azerbaijan has developed its first national artificial intelligence strategy covering the years 2025–2028, and that this document will contribute to enhancing competitiveness and accelerating digital transformation.
