Azerbaijan is among three CIS countries with strengthening currency

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan’s national currency strengthened 4.42% against the US dollar during January-November. According to APA-Economics, the country is second only to Moldova among the former USSR republics in terms of the strong currency.
Currencies of three countries – Moldova (8.3%), Azerbaijan (4.4%) and Tajikistan (1.75%) strengthened during this period.
Turkmenistan ranked the first for currency depreciation.
