AZN 73 bln invested in main capital of economy and social spheres of Azerbaijan during 2000-2011

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. In 2000-2011, the enterprises and organizations have invested AZN 72.8 bln in main capital of economy and social spheres of Azerbaijan, said the State Statistical Committee.

Committee says, AZN 33.2 bln or 45.6% of used funds belonged to state-owned organizations, AZN 39.6 bln or 54.4% - to non-state owned organizations: â€œAnnual average sum of the funds directed to main capital during 200-2011 made AZN 6.1 blnâ€.

Besides, AZN 42.7 or 58.7% bln was spent to construction of production facilities, AZN 30.1 bln or 41.3% â€“ to construction of objects on service spheres.

Committee also says AZN 28 bln or 38.4% of total funds were directed from foreign sources, AZN 44.8 bln or 61.6% - from domestic sources: â€œAZN 30.8 bln or 42.3% of investments was spent to development of oil sector, AZN 42 bln or 57.7% - to non-oil sectorâ€.
