Baku hosts international conference on formation of capital markets

Baku. Ali Ahmedov â€“ APA-Economics. Today, an international scientific-practical conference on â€œFormation of Capital Markets: Trends, challenges, opportunitiesâ€, devoted to 15th anniversary of National Deposit Fund was held in Baku.

APA-Economics says, more than 100 representatives from 21 countries participate in the conference and security market regulation, development tendencies of depositary exchange groups during the period after crisis, role of banking in diversification of fund market and etc will be discussed. Discussion panels will be managed by specialists of security markets of leading countries.

Within the conference, memorandums of understanding on cooperation are planned to sign with CIS, Greek, Romanian and Polish central depositary organizations.

The memorandums will be signed by heads of Hellenic Exchanges s.a., Romanian Depoziterul Central and Polish KDPW organizations and chairman of NDF Board of Directors.
