Tariff Councilâ€™s order on regulation of paid service tariffs of Central Laboratory of State Customs Committee loses strength

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan Tariff (Price) Council held next meeting.

According to Ministry of Economic Development, under the order of President on â€œapplication of law on affirmation of Customs Code of Azerbaijanâ€, dated to September 15, 2011, the decision of Tariff Council related with â€œregulation of paid services tariffs rendered by Central Laboratory of State Customs Committeeâ€, dated to December 25, 2007 was reviewed and considered as lost of strength, by taking the affirmation of â€œsum of customs charges for making an customs examination of goods with the initiative of declarator in connection with customs control or officialization, responsible persons for goods and or their representativesâ€ into consideration, in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, dated to September 5, 2012.

THE order will come into force from October 5.
