Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-ECONOMICS. The total volume of transactions for the January-September of 2012 for all securities traded in Baku Stock Exchange was AZN 7.9 bln, up 38.8% from 2011.
According to BSE, corporative securities market rose 21.4% to AZN 636.656 mln. AZN 37.341 mln - placement on 66 deals were recorded in corporative bond’s primary market, AZN 254.7 mln - placement on 93 deals – in secondary market. Primary market dropped 2.9 times, secondary market rose 15.5% in comparison to a year earlier.
Primary market of shares rose 4.1 times, secondary market – 41.3% during the reporting period.
Volume of government bonds dropped by 2.4 times, as well primary market of bonds slipped 2.4 times, secondary market – by 3 times. CB notes turnover soared 33.6% to AZN 739.407 mln, including primary market of notes surged 33.5%, secondary market – 30.7%. In general, the government securities market increased 40%.
