A Turkish court has issued an arrest warrant in absentia for Fatih Samet Kilic, son of former chairman of the country’s Constitutional Court Hasim Kilic, as part of a probe into the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO), APA reported citing Hurriyet.
The investigation revealed that Fatih Kilic used the program “ByLock”, an encrypted messaging app used by FETO members.
Earlier, the Ankara Prosecutor’s Office had asked the Ankara Second Peace Court to issue an arrest warrant in absentia for Fatih Kilic, who is abroad.
