Turkey’s main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) head Kemal Kılıcdaroglu underwent prostate surgery at an Ankara hospital on Feb. 15 and is in good health, APA reported citing Hurriyet Daily News.
Kılıcdaroglu has reportedly been receiving treatment for some time, but the decision to conduct the operation was only decided after the most recent health examinations.
The CHP leader underwent the operation in the early morning and is expected to be discharged from the hospital in the Turkish capital soon.
